To confirm Banquet Room for Wedding, a nonrefundable $250 deposit for each private room (banquets over 75 require two private rooms) and is required with signed contract. This deposit covers set up, clean up, white linen table cloths, choice of colored linen napkins, white table skirting for head, cake & gift tables, cutting cake, bartender, audio visual equipment, cordless microphone & table top candles.
Menu prices are subject to change until confirmed written contract is signed.
Cancellation is required 6 months prior to function for deposit refund.
Timeline:
A banquet room deposit is applicable for events booking private rooms and due upon booking.
Two weeks prior to event, please inform us of your choice of entrees, any special requests & the estimated number of guests attending.
One week prior to event, we require you guarantee of number of guests attending. Should your attendance fall short of your guarantee, you will be charged for the guaranteed number, as well as, if your attendance exceeds the guaranteed number, you will be charged accordingly. Assignment of banquet rooms is based on the number of people expected at events. Should this figure increase or decrease, we reserve the right to change banquet room assignment.
Schedule decorating time, cake/flower drop offs.
Billing:
A 20% gratuity for wait staff, 15% gratuity on bar tabs and 5.5% state tax will be added on to final bill.
No separate checks for parties of 20 or more.
Final payment is due at conclusion of event.
Groups requesting state tax exemptions must submit a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate prior to event.
Facility Regulations:
All federal, state and local laws with regard to food and beverage purchases and consumption are strictly adhered to by this establishment.
No food or beverages are permitted to be brought in this establishment by patrons, unless authorized by management.
We reserve the right to inspect & control all events being held on premise, including patrons liquor consumption.
Customer agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the premises or equipment during the period of their event.
Rex's Innkeeper will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any articles or merchandise left on premise before, during or after event.
Entertainment:
The customer is responsible for booking any entertainment for their event and must get approval for entertainment
and start/end times from management.
